The Kring pharmacy DOK 11 is located in an old school building. Starting point for the concept was the way the pharmacy likes to offer and deliver the service to the customer. We have chosen for an open, inviting environment where the distance between the pharmacist and the customer is minimalized by the use of free-standing counters and a big table where the customers can wait. The use of a medicine robot gives the pharmacist the opportunity to pay more personal attention to his customers. By the use of magenta in combination with white and grey-blue the pharmacy looks clean and welcoming. The product presentation units are designed for the use as shopping window and for the product display inside the pharmacy. Implementation: Retera
