The clinic is situated in the Dominikus hospital in Düsseldorf, Germany. The building originates from the early years 70. The clinic is housed on 2 floors with a total surface of 2000 m2. The floors underwent a radical remake. All the plumbing and cable ducting have been changed and great care has been taken to meet the highest standards of fire-safety. Large parts of the construction have been removed to create bigger and open spaces with a lot of daylight. To preserve the height of the ceilings we chose to lower the first part of the spaces to create room for the new plumbing. Integrated in this lowered part also is the illumination designed by BAAS_KLEINBLOESEM. Just as the lighting BAAS_KLEINBLOESEM also specially designed and ordered to produce among others the washbasin furniture, wardrobe/clothingcabinet and the receptiondesk.
